Publicis Sapient is hiring a ServiceNow Developer at the Systems Analyst grade for its digital transformation team in Hyderabad. In this position, you will design, configure, and implement scalable workflows and robust customizations across core ServiceNow modules to resolve complex business problems. The role emphasizes leveraging generative AI and automation, utilizing platform tools like Now Assist to optimize user interactions and automate routine tasks. You will act as an intermediate technical anchor—collaborating with business stakeholders, integrating third-party systems, documenting configurations, and mentoring junior consultants to drive code quality and execution stability.

Key Technologies:

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on technical configuration and development experience with ServiceNow across at least one core platform module (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM).
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting using native JavaScript and platform-specific Glide APIs (e.g., GlideRecord, GlideSystem, Client Scripts, Business Rules).
• Proven experience building scalable process automations using traditional workflows and modern platform tools like Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with Now Assist capabilities and basic automation use cases to enhance developer productivity and optimize user conversational experiences.
• Practical experience orchestrating data exchanges and basic integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web service APIs.
• Ability to guide junior consultants through complex workflows, establish best design practices, review code artifacts, and accelerate collective team knowledge to minimize software rework.
• Gather complex functional requirements from business stakeholders, map out technical solutions, conduct system testing/debugging, and maintain clear technical documentation for smooth feature handovers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred. Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
